All prices are per room per night, including breakfast. Single occupancy reductions will apply.
Three night minimum stay, with one or two night stays at our discretion.

We now ask for a room deposit of £100 and payment for ferry tickets in advance.
Sorry we are unable to take card deposits on the telephone
but we now have the facility for card payments on arrival at Lisle Combe.
We are open for Bed and Breakfast from March to November.
Booking information
in Arrival
If possible, guests are requested to arrive between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm, please. It is helpful if you let us know your approximate arrival time. Please email/telephone to arrange any requirements for arrival outside these times.
Departure
On your last day, you are asked to vacate your room by 10 am.
Deposit
Please send a deposit of £100.00 for all room bookings. Ferry tickets are paid in advance, when tickets are requested.

Fees and Information
Fees vary with high, mid or low seasons and discounts for multiple nights if you book directly. We have a minimum of 3 nights stay, if you wish to stay for one or two nights please talk to us directly, dependent on availability.
Children
Our establishment is fully equipped with a family room and facilities for children.
These include cots, high chairs, toddler bed and even toys! We try to accommodate all ages and will give discounts for infants and toddlers if possible. Please request when booking.
Pets
Sorry but we are situated on a working farm. We have dogs, sheep, a horse and donkey, so we do not allow pets.
Smoking
We are a Non Smoking establishment.
Public Transport
We are about 2 miles from Ventnor town centre and public transport is excellent to Ventnor but not to us at Lisle Combe. It is a scenic 25 minute walk to Lisle Combe from the town centre. Taxi's are available but need booking in advance. If you need any help when planning your visit without a car please ask.

Refunds
Any monies paid in advance will be refunded in full if you cancel 7 days ahead of your visit. A partial refund would be made thereafter. Within 3 days of your visit we reserve the right to charge you in full for your booking.
